About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join The GMP Group as a Senior/ Business Development Executive. In this full-time, office-based role, you will be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth for the company's suite of products and services. Based in the vibrant Central Region of Raffles Place, you will be a key player in shaping the company's commercial success.

Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Proactively hunt for target organisation sand establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our company's services.
  • Identify and attend networking events proactively to generate business leads and be responsible for own lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Conduct cold calling to generate leads.
  • Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation, credentials pitch, asking questions, solution pitch, negotiation, close and follow-up.
  • Create and be accountable for client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following procedure.
  • Work closely with recruiters to build up connections with clients.
  • Determine new opportunities by analysing business needs.

Account Management

  • Identify cold clients and increase company's involvement with clients.
  • Serve as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects.

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in relevant discipline.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of business development, hunting experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to manage own calendar.
  • Good communication skills to communicate with external and internal stakeholders.
