Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outdoor sales visits and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with workshops, distributors, retailers, and other automotive clients.
  • Promote and present company products to potential clients, addressing their technical and commercial needs.
  • Develop strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
  • Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management.
  • Assist in after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • Previous sales or business development experience in automotive spare parts / related industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with outdoor sales activities and cold calling.
