Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach showroom IDs, contractors, and carpentry owners to build partnerships and explore new business opportunities.
  • Promote the company's products and services to potential clients through showroom visits, networking, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and execute market plans for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct effective follow-ups with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and timely project execution.
  • Track sales activities, prepare reports, and achieve sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to increase brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (interior design, carpentry, or construction industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the interior design and renovation industry is an advantage.
