  • Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30am -6:30pm
  • Salary Range: $2800 + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management

  2. Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and business goals.

  3. Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

  4. Sales and Revenue Generation

  5. Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts by understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions.

  6. Proactively seek new business from potential clients and upsell or cross-sell to expand account value.
  7. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

  8. Account Management

  9. Regularly monitor account performance, usage, and satisfaction to identify opportunities for account growth or potential risks.

  10. Prepare account plans, forecasts, and reports to track progress against goals.
  11. Ensure timely delivery of products or services, coordinating with internal teams as needed.

  12. Negotiation and Contract Management

  13. Negotiate contracts, renewals, pricing, and terms with clients.

  14. Work closely with departmental head and finance teams to ensure agreements meet company standards and compliance.

  15. Market and Competitor Analysis

  16. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and client industry developments.

  17. Use insights to advise clients and develop effective sales strategies.

  18. Sales Strategy and Planning

  19. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute account-specific sales strategies.

  20. Create presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

  21. Reporting and Documentation

  22. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account status in CRM systems.

  23. Provide regular reports on account health, sales forecasts, and sales activity to senior management.
