Junior Business Analyst (1-Year Contract)

Location: Central Singapore

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract, Full-Time

Salary: Up to SGD 4,200 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team on a 1-year contract. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze, design, and improve business processes and systems. You will gain exposure to requirements gathering, process design, data analysis, and SAP Fiori, while developing your expertise in business analysis within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business models, processes, and systems, ensuring integration with technology solutions.
  • Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define future state processes or business solutions.
  • Research, gather, and synthesize information to support solution design.
  • Actively participate in discussions and provide recommendations to solve business problems.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed documentation to support analysis and design activities.
  • Apply data analysis techniques to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Create process maps and visual representations to improve clarity and communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business solutions.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Requirements Analysis.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Design.
  • Beginner proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools and Business Model Strategy.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
  • Exposure to SAP Fiori is preferred, though prior hands-on knowledge is not mandatory.
  • A proactive team player with analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
