
Assistant Payroll Manager

Job Description
- Responsible for the full spectrum of monthly payroll processing
- Handle monthly submission of CPF contributions and other statutory requirements or government-paid claims
- Handle annual tax filling submission and tax clearance
- Assist in preparing of payroll-related reports for management, finance and auditing purposes
- Maintain proper payroll documentation and authorisation for internal and external audit
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records in the system
- Respond to any queries raised by managers or employees
- Manage and review all payroll processes
- Guide the payroll team to effectively deliver payroll accurately on a timely basis
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant payroll experience, with a least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
- Good knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices
- Attentiveness to details and accuracy
