Job Scope
- Assist the Compensation and Payroll Manager with compensation initiatives and payroll matters
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll, including annual bonus, salary increments, and promotions
- Collaborate with the team to roll out compensation programs
- Participate in manpower planning budget system (MPBS) implementation and automate inter-company billing (ICB) processes
- Liaise with payroll partners and system owners to implement policies and programs
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of experience in managing a Compensation/Payroll function for a large organization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Self-directed with initiative, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex documents
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
