Location: City Hall (EW13), Singapore

Salary: Basic S$1,800–2,200/month · Estimated gross S$2,500–2,800/month

Meals: Staff meal provided

Work Hours (Rostered)

  • Two shifts: 7:00am–5:00pm or 12:00pm–10:00pm (each includes a 1-hour break)
  • Rest days: 4 days/month

What You'll Do

  • Prep: Wash/peel/chop ingredients; prepare sauces; portion items
  • Support the Chef: Pass ingredients/tools during peak; assemble plates neatly and quickly
  • Hygiene & Housekeeping: Wipe benches; clean and sanitise prep areas; wash/dry utensils, cookware and equipment; restock front line ingredients and disposables
  • Guest-facing (as rostered): Assist with simple counter tasks and order hand-off
  • Food Safety: Follow food-handling, storage and waste-disposal SOPs at all times

Requirements

  • Basic English for kitchen instructions and safety communication
  • 1+ year back-of-house/kitchen experience preferred (Singapore experience is a plus, not required)
  • Physically fit for a fast-paced environment; team player with good communication
  • Detail-oriented and cleanliness-minded; able to follow SOPs reliably
