Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes
- Oversee a specific section of the kitchen (grill, soup, hot kitchen, etc.).
- Ensure all ingredients are properly measured, prepared, and stored.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu planning, stock control, and inventory management.
- Monitor portion control and minimize food wastage.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment and tools are used safely and maintained properly.
- Support smooth service during busy periods and maintain communication with service staff.
