Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes
  • Oversee a specific section of the kitchen (grill, soup, hot kitchen, etc.).
  • Ensure all ingredients are properly measured, prepared, and stored.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu planning, stock control, and inventory management.
  • Monitor portion control and minimize food wastage.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment and tools are used safely and maintained properly.
  • Support smooth service during busy periods and maintain communication with service staff.
