Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
- Supervise, train, and motivate service and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality service.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company operational standards.
- Monitor cash handling, daily sales reports, and POS system accuracy.
- Assist in implementing promotional activities and improving overall customer satisfaction.
- Act as the person-in-charge in the Manager's absence
