Profile:

  • Preferable University degree or 5 years equivalent work experience
  • Ability to assimilate quickly with a meticulous eye for detail, communicate independently with customers, respond to changes in demands and customer needs
  • Well organized, reliable and able to get things done while handling multiple priorities
  • Pro-active, take initiative.
  • Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international transactions/logistics an advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or CRM database (Salesforce) preferable
  • Multiple languages an advantage

With the support of your manager & the admin team, you will be responsible for following aspects of sales:

  • Liaise with the customer or distributor about orders and needs
  • Communicate with our different factories globally about customer requirements such as product development, pricing, terms of delivery and payment.
  • Manage all logistical aspects of an order: issue proforma, purchase order and invoice. Liaise with forwarders.
  • Input data/forecasting in our SAP system
  • follow up on payments and with production to make sure deliveries are done timely and according to expectations
  • local warehouse stock management, with periodic in-person visits for physical stock counts, inventory accuracy checks and order prepping as needed.
