About the role

As a Sales Executive at JCS Shrimps Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the company's customer base. This full-time role will see you engaging with both new and existing customers, providing excellent service and identifying opportunities to grow the business. You will be a key member of the sales team, contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prospecting and generating new leads to expand the customer base
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
  3. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any queries or concerns
  4. Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase revenue
  5. Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
  6. Collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional activities and marketing initiatives
  7. Reporting on sales performance and providing insights to the management team on existing market trends

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, in the seafood or FMCG industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  4. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  6. A team player with a positive and driven attitude

Working Hours

5 Day Work Week

Monday-Friday 8am to 5.45pm
