Our client, a well-known Japanese company is currently looking for a Brand Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Strengthen the brand by fostering coexistence and mutual growth with society, local communities, and customers.
- Lead product development and drive sales strategy to achieve business growth.
- Develop locally rooted sales strategies aligned with market needs and customer expectations.
- Manage overall talent development, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, product development, or sales strategy, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Proven ability to design and implement locally adapted sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High adaptability, resilience, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
