
IP Brand Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
Position: IP Brand Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement overall marketing strategies to enhance IP brand visibility and market share
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including online/offline promotions, cross-industry collaborations, and event marketing
- Conduct market research and consumer insights to propose innovative marketing solutions
- Manage brand presence across social media platforms and create engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with design, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment with company goals and brand direction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Branding, Advertising, or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or brand management; experience in designer toys, animation, or consumer products is a plus
- Strong market insight and analytical skills, with proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Including co-branded activations, digital marketing initiatives, and retail-based promotions.
- Familiar with digital marketing and social media management, able to independently lead promotional projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, design, e-commerce, and merchandising to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with IP licensors or managing character/entertainment brands.
- Exposure to marketing across Southeast Asia (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia)
- Familiarity with multicultural consumer behavior and international brand localization practices.
- Ability to manage external agencies, creatives, and cross-border teams.
