The Opportunity

  • We are partnering with a leading global enterprise support team focused on business messaging solutions.
  • We are looking for a Technical Account Manager.
  • Hybrid work arrangement
  • Regular Office Hours - Global team meetings (night times per month, usually happens around 10pm SGT.

The Talent

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, customer success, or account management for enterprise software or cloud solutions
  • Proven ability to manage escalations, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and deliver solutions under SLA requirements
  • Strong understanding of APIs, Single Sign-On (SSO), and cloud integrations (e.g., AWS)
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple customer accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, client managers)
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Preferred: Project management experience or relevant certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours for global meetings and travel internationally if required

Job Description

  • Serve as the escalation point for long-tail partners and clients, managing and resolving technical issues
  • Own a portfolio of 100+ partners and direct clients, supporting their growth and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive customer success and advocate for client needs
  • Monitor and report on customer account health and key metrics
  • Partner with client managers and internal stakeholders to align technical support with business priorities
  • Analyze support tickets to recommend process and product improvements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help scale support services
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes and tools
