This role supports the General Manager in driving sales strategies, market analysis, pricing, and business development across assigned territories, with a strong focus on distributor engagement and client acquisition. It also involves coordinating logistics, executing marketing initiatives and conducting partner training to ensure brand visibility and operational excellence.

Description
- Support the General Manager in executing business strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and pricing decisions.
- Coordinate logistics and act as the main contact for channel partner shipment schedules and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute promotional activities, including social media campaigns.
- Manage distributor relationships, develop new client accounts, and travel within assigned territories to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure proper display of marketing materials at partner locations and conduct training workshops as needed.
Profile
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Experience managing distribution networks and enabling sales through channel partners.
- Regional exposure across Southeast Asia markets, and comfortable to travel about 50% to support existing/new business development.
- Proficient in CRM tools (eg. SAP) and design software (eg. AutoCAD) for sales process management and technical drawing review.
- Keen to learn technical aspects of niche products, with training and support provided.
