Key Responsibilities
  • Present products to potential clients through engaging presentations.
  • Engage with the existing client base in the designated region and actively develop a new customer database.
  • Oversee the development and management of the AHU/ HVAC electronic selection program, including price and list management.
  • Generate quarterly reports to track and analyze sales performance and market trends.
  • Address and resolve product pricing and design issues, ensuring alignment with market demands.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach on potential clients.
  • Regularly visit consulting engineers and specifiers, providing detailed reports on interactions and insights gathered.
  • Oversee project facilitation, ensuring all activities are conducted within quality, cost, safety, and time constraints.
  • Communicate project expectations clearly and promptly to team members and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the Main Contractor and other contractors for BMS installation work.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of technical sales experience, preferably dealing with control systems, BMS, HVAC, or ACMV systems.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Preferably with Class 3 driving license.
