About the Role:
As a Sales Engineer (Bearings), you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and expanding our customer base. Your mission will be to sell into new prospects and nurture existing customers, ensuring high renewal rates and customer satisfaction. You will:
- Collaborate: Work closely with our Sales Director and Product Managers to strategize and extend igus product sales in your region.
- Drive Sales: Lead sales activities for all products, focusing on revenue and profitability growth.
- Network: Actively visit customers and business partners, building a robust network to support our growth.
- Expand Reach: Extend our customer base, reach new clients and markets, and drive sales with ambitious growth targets.
- Innovate: Research and implement marketing campaigns and activities, including trade shows, advertising, press releases, and more.
- Support: Provide technical product counseling, training, and engineering support to help clients find cost-effective solutions.
- Lead: Be a strong leader, role model, and team player, contributing to the ASEAN team's success.

Requirements:
- Possession of own car.
- Engineering degree (electrical or mechanical) or similar educational background.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in selling and advising on technical products.
- Commercial acumen/education is preferred.
- Strong network in the engineering field, machine building, or similar industry.
- Outgoing personality with high energy and self-motivation.
- Effective communication skills to educate and influence customers.
- Strong leadership skills to lead all technical aspects of the sales process.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
- Independent and focused with a goal to position igus as the key brand in Singapore.
- Creative problem solver with excellent time management skills.
