As a Manager - Marketing Communications (Patient Outreach and Engagement), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Design publicity plans and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to increase awareness and enrollment in the health initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall goals.
  • Supervise the creation of marketing collateral, messaging, and promotional content.
  • Lead the strategy, creation, and implementation of targeted email campaigns aimed at boosting resident participation and promoting community health programs.
  • Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, including audience segmentation, securing approvals, conducting tests, launching campaigns, and analyzing post-campaign performance.
  • Produce high-quality, brand-compliant content aligned with campaign goals.
  • Track campaign results and engagement metrics to extract actionable insights.
  • Refine and enhance campaign effectiveness based on data analysis and stakeholder input.
  • Manage campaign budgets prudently to achieve targets.
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration or related discipline
