Integrated Engagement Support Officer
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Integrated Engagement Support Officer to support our marketing, outreach, and engagement initiatives. This role involves content management, digital communications, stakeholder engagement, and event coordination, working closely with arts, heritage, and community partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, proofread, and edit marketing and communications materials.
- Maintain and update website content and other digital channels.
- Liaise with arts, heritage, and community partners to support ongoing projects.
- Provide administrative, logistical, and on-site support for outreach events.
- Coordinate registration, attendee communications, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist in budget tracking.
Requirements
- Diploma or interest in Arts Management, Communications, Public Policy, or related fields.
- Experience in proofreading, content loading, admin support, or programme coordination is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.
- Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
