The Job

Position 1: MasterCard Follow Up Officer

  • Promote Mastercard credit cards to existing customers and face-to-face engagement
  • Cross-sell card benefits and value propositions
  • Build rapport and deliver positive customer experience
  • Ensure timely completion of applications and documentation
  • Meet performance standards, business goals, and sales targets
  • Present and communicate effectively with customers

Position 2: Mastercard Support Officer

  • Support Follow-Up Officers with credit card application matters
  • Conduct call reviews and ensure turnaround time is met
  • Update application records accurately and promptly
  • Assist with day-to-day operations and backend processing
  • Ensure quality and compliance in application handling
  • Work independently and manage tasks under pressure

The Talent

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and organized with good follow-up ability
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Preferably with admin or banking-related experience
  • Comfortable with customer-facing or telemarketing activities
