Job Scope:

Customer Service Officer

  • Welcome visitors and provide information: Greet students and parents, answer basic questions
  • Handle inquiries: Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in questions about programs and class schedules.
  • Manage student registrations and admissions: Assist with the enrolment process and take payments for tuition classes.
  • Maintain student records: Handle student information for enrollment and other administrative needs.
  • Receive and distribute mail: Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries to the appropriate individuals.

Sales Admin

  • Generate and manage quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks to facilitate smooth sales operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional support and ensuring effective follow-up on orders and service requests.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and customer queries, ensuring they are addressed or redirected appropriately.
  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and documentation management to support daily office operations.

Operation Admin

  • Daily check to ensure posting & receiving were done correctly in Navision
  • Monitor Drum and bulk buffer stock
  • Daily cycle count check on findings of every product
  • Provide dipping report daily (with findings).
  • Seek approval for adjusting stock discrepancies.
  • Raise disposal form
  • Monitor toxic industrial waste
  • Monitor and control line flushing, Quarantine & slow-moving products
  • Collaborate and coordinate with key personnel within department to ensure they work effectively and efficiently
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates with Customer Service / Sales Admin or any other related experiences are welcome to apply
  • Entry level are welcome to apply training is provided
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
