Our client is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive to join their team

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the manufacturing industry? Join our client's team as an Assistant Sales Engineer and play a crucial role in customer relations, quality assurance, and business growth. Other Information:
  • Working Day: 5 days
  • Working Hour: 8am-545pm
  • Working Location: Senoko Area
  • Salary Range: $3,000-$3,700
What you'll be doing?
  • Customer communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Internal collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to relay customer requirements and ensure the delivery of quality goods and documentation.
  • Quality assurance: Prepare and support customer audits to maintain high standards and meet customer expectations.
  • Relationship management: Nurture and strengthen customer relationships to drive business growth and longevity.
  • Continuous improvement: Propose and implement plans to enhance quality and financial performance.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: Candidates with a minimum of 'A' level or Diploma in manufacturing, engineering, or related fields.
  • Industry experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales or quality roles within manufacturing industries.
  • Collaborative mindset: Ability to work effectively with interdepartmental teams to support customer requests and requirements.
  • Professional attributes: A pleasant personality with attention to detail, organizational skills, resourcefulness, initiative, and professionalism.
  • Adaptability: Capable of handling multiple priorities, working with minimal supervision, and adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment.
