About the role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Development Manager to join our dynamic team at TastyFood Sales & Marketing Pte Ltd. As a Brand Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of our brand portfolio. This is a full-time position that will allow you to showcase your expertise in new business development and brand strategy.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing strategic brand plans to enhance brand visibility and market share
  2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our brand presence
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  4. Analysing market trends and competitor activities to inform brand positioning and decision-making
  5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and customers
  6. Monitoring and reporting on brand performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or new business development, preferably within the FMCG food distribution industry
  2. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  5. Proficiency in project management, with the ability to multitask and deliver results within tight deadlines
  6. Excellent knowledge of FMCG market and consumer trends (food)
