Head of Brand

As the Brand Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, positioning and execution of the retail strategy in Singapore for this Lifestyle brand. This is a pivotal leadership role that will have a direct impact on the growth and success of the brand within your portfolio. The role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and be a key contributor to the brand's overall marketing strategy.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness, consideration and preference among consumers in line with Global brand strategies.
2. Lead the team to create and deliver of impactful marketing campaigns and brand experiences across all channels
3. Manage and mentor a team to ensure execution of brand initiatives
4. Formulate, maintain and oversee the annual budget and the revised forecasts,
5. Analyse market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand growth
6. Responsible for smooth retail operations, development and management of the boutiques.
7. Monitor and report on brand performance & profitability, making data-driven recommendations to continuously improve effectiveness
8. Represent the brand externally and build strong relationships with key stakeholders

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in brand management with strong commercial sense, preferably within the Retail goods industry
2. Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective brand strategies that have driven measurable results
3. Dynamic, creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate brand vision into impactful campaigns
4. Strong leadership and people management experience, with a track record of building and inspiring high-performing teams
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making
7. Strong presentation skills
