Responsibilities:
  • Channel Sales Development & Management: Identify, establish, and strengthen relationships with key retail partners to expand and optimise sales channels.
  • Sales Execution: Engage actively with retail partners to drive product visibility and sales performance. Coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
  • Retail Inventory Management: Collaborate with partners to review stock levels, perform regular inventory checks, and forecast demand to ensure adequate supply.
  • Product Expertise & Customer Support: Develop in-depth knowledge of perishable products. Provide product training to merchandisers and support retail partners.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales and inventory reports, monitor performance trends, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Market Insights: Collect market intelligence on customer preferences and competitor activities. Provide feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in retail channel sales, preferably within FMCG or modern trade.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage retail inventories effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for liaising with retail partners and internal teams.
  • Good knowledge of perishable goods and retail operations is an advantage.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence; own vehicle will be an added advantage.

Additional Information:

Location: Senoko Drive

Salary: Up to $3,500/month + AWS + Fixed Transport Allowance ($1,000) + Sales Incentive

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM

Alternate Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
