What you'll be doing?
  • Event Ownership: Take full responsibility for events from start to finish, ensuring flawless execution while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong partnerships with vendors, venues, and industry contacts, while serving as the key liaison to senior executives and government officials.
  • Creative Coordination: Bring innovative visions to life by orchestrating all event elements, including venue preparation, catering, entertainment, transportation, and marketing materials.
  • Industry Insight: Stay ahead of trends and proactively solve operational challenges to deliver innovative and memorable events.
  • On-Site Leadership: Guide decision-making on event design and logistics through site visits and pre-event coordination meetings.
Who are they looking for?
  • Event Planning Expertise: Demonstrated background in event planning, coordination, or project management, with marketing agency experience being highly valued.
  • Organizational Prowess: Exceptional multitasking abilities and meticulous attention to detail in managing complex event logistics.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and event management software to optimize planning processes.
  • Flexible Schedule: Willingness to adapt working hours to accommodate event schedules, including evenings and weekends when necessary. Also required to work on-site for events needs.
Other Information
  • Working Day: Monday to Friday
  • Salary: $3000 - $3800
  • Working Location:  Work remotely, but required to work on-site for events needs.
