What you'll be doing?
  • Strategic Leadership: Take full ownership of events from planning to execution, ensuring flawless delivery within deadlines and budgets.
  • Relationship Building: Forge strong partnerships with vendors, venues, and industry contacts while liaising with senior executives and key leaders.
  • Creative Direction: Lead the creative and logistical development of events, bringing innovative concepts to life through comprehensive planning.
  • Trend Setting: Stay ahead of event planning trends and proactively solve challenges to deliver cutting-edge experiences.
  • On-Site Management: Conduct site visits and lead pre-event meetings, guiding teams in strategic decision-making about event design and execution.
  • Logistics Mastery: Oversee all event logistics including contracts, guest management, venue preparation, security, catering, and marketing materials.
Who are they looking for?
  • Event Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or project management, with marketing agency background highly valued.
  • Self-Starter: Strong ability to work independently and take initiative while managing multiple complex projects.
  • Communication Ace: Outstanding interpersonal skills to effectively engage with high-level stakeholders and diverse teams.
  • Organization Whiz: Exceptional organizational capabilities with proven multitasking abilities.
  • Cool Under Pressure: Demonstrated ability to excel in dynamic environments, solving problems quickly and making strategic decisions.
  • Tech Savvy: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and event management software to streamline planning processes.
  • Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work varied hours including evenings and weekends to ensure successful event delivery, required to work on-site for events needs.
Other Information
  • Working Day: Monday to Friday
  • Salary: $3800 - $4800
  • Working Location:  Work remotely, but required to work on-site for events needs.
