**We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Executive to support the planning and execution of events and marketing initiatives, as well as the operational needs of our tech innovation programmes.

Contract Duration: 2 years/renewable

Salary:** Up to $3,800/month with up to 2 months of bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute both virtual and physical events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, and networking sessions to support startup and innovation programmes
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics from conceptualisation to on-site execution, ensuring a seamless experience for startups and industry partners
  • Coordinate with internal teams, programme companies, and service providers, overseeing outsourced activities for quality delivery
  • Work with partner organisations to co-organise events, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment of goals
  • Handle procurement processes for catering and event services, including approvals and vendor payments in line with government guidelines
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders
  • Analyse event outcomes and collect feedback to improve future event strategies and better meet the needs of programme companies
  • Maintain accurate and well-organised event documentation and data in shared folders

Looking for:

  • Singaporeans only
  • Min. Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Mass Communications/Arts & Social Sciences/Business Management or any relevant field of study
  • Proven experience in event management and/or marketing, ideally in the tech or B2B events
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with senior executives of high-growth digital tech startups
