P-Serv is partnering our Client, a leading statutory body and we are looking for Events Executive to be a part of the team

Job Description

  • Facilitate and manage all logistical arrangements for events
  • Provide end-to-end event management support, including stakeholder coordination, preparation and printing of materials, event setup, and logistics
  • Prepare budget papers, approval documents, participant details, and draft itineraries within stipulated turnaround times
  • Execute all logistics as outlined in approved itineraries in a timely and professional manner
  • Carry out all logistical tasks in full compliance with organisational policies and event guidelines
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all event-related requests
  • Attend pre-event meetings with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations
  • Source, evaluate, and recommend suppliers/vendors in line with allocated budgets
  • Prepare and process approval requests, ensuring necessary endorsements are obtained prior to purchases
  • Coordinate venue bookings and manage internal stakeholders' calendars for event planning
  • Develop event programme plans based on event objectives and obtain required approvals
  • Manage building access clearance, catering arrangements, and visitor requirements when necessary
  • Provide on-site event support to ensure seamless operations and execution
  • Liaise with the AV team for setup and technical requirements
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimally Diploma in any discipline with min 2 years of relevant working experience in admin and logistics arrangements, preferably in events management would be an added advantage
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task, have strong organizational and communication skills and perform in stressful and demanding environment
  • Display integrity, exhibit good interpersonal skills and team spirit

Working Hours / Location

  • Mondays - Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm
  • Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Hill Street (Nearest MRT – Clarke Quay / City Hall)
