Events & Operations Executive (7-Month Contract)

Location: Botanic Gardens / Gardens by the Bay

Contract Duration: 7 months

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm


About the Role

Join my client in supporting the Singapore Garden Festival 2026, one of Singapore's iconic large-scale nature and community events This is a unique opportunity to work behind the scenes of a national festival attended by locals, tourists, schools, and community groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the generation of group ticket sales through outreach, sales leads, and cold calls to communities, corporates, and government organizations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Assist with the coordination and scheduling of group tours.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Work with third-party vendors to reconcile accounts and sales.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department for revenue tracking.
  • Support Marketplace booth sales during the festival.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including coordination with the appointed public relations agency.
  • Participate in roadshows and publicity activities leading up to the Singapore Garden Festival 2026.
  • Undertake various ad-hoc duties to support smooth event operations.

About You
  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused approach.
  • Comfortable speaking with people, including outreach and cold calls.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Enjoys working in a team and being involved in event activities.
