Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and delivering events from start to finish. Support logistics including venue setup, equipment rental, catering, transportation, signage, and more. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth and timely execution. Manage event registration, RSVPs, guest lists, and on-site check-ins. Perform administrative tasks such as preparing event materials, maintaining schedules, and tracking budgets and expenses. Provide on-site event support, addressing any issues or last-minute changes quickly and professionally. Assist in post-event activities, including gathering feedback and preparing evaluation reports. Maintain and organize inventory of event supplies and promotional materials. Ensure all activities are compliant with health, safety, and event regulations. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Experience in event planning, hospitality, or administrative roles is an advantage – but fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Able to multitask and perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with event management software is a plus. Preferred Attributes: Creative and detail-oriented. Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset. Professional in both appearance and altitude. A strong team player who can also work independently.
