About the Company:

Our client is a well-established retail group specializing in educational materials, stationery, and lifestyle essentials for all age groups. As a Roadshow Executive, you are responsible for overseeing and directing all roadshow operations, ensuring seamless daily execution, and developing strategic initiatives to drive departmental growth and enhance overall roadshow performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead the whole team and operation (Roadshow & Roadshow Warehouse) towards achieving sales targets and the company's direction.
  • Develop detailed roadshow plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
  • Identify and secure suitable venues and locations for roadshow events.
  • Collaborate with mall management and vendors/contractors to negotiate optimal rental rates and favorable profit margins.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Source and liaise with vendors to participate in roadshows.
  • Ensure all logistic aspects are well organized and maintained.
  • Apply for relevant permits and licenses, and submit required documents before and after roadshows.
  • Assist in the setup, teardown, and on-duty operations.
  • Liaise with the marketing team for upcoming roadshow promotions.
  • Handle POS machines, conduct daily cashiering, opening and closing procedures.
  • Generate monthly sales reports, verify invoices, and perform administrative duties.
  • Liaise with finance to submit roadshow sales reports and invoices.
  • Lead and supervise a team.
  • Provide training, guidance, and supervision to temporary staff.
  • Perform any related duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Event Management, or relevant fields.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Able to work independently and proactively.
  • Knowledge of event setup and breakdown procedures is an added advantage.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work at various locations & retail working hours.
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
