Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events within budget, venue, and timeline constraints. Duties include preparing design layouts, floor plans, schedules, inventory and staffing plans, managing vendors, and overseeing on-site set-up. You will liaise with clients, venues, and suppliers, ensure expectations are met, and provide support to the team.
Requirements:
- NITEC/ Diploma in Event Management/Business or its equivalent
- Minimum 1~2 year of experience in event Industry or related experience.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and deliverables.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace applications.
