We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Events Projects Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support the planning and execution of various events and projects, ensuring that every deliverable meets client expectations and aligns with Infini8's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

· Assist in the end-to-end management of corporate and experiential events, including planning, coordination, execution, and post-event evaluation.

· Support the Senior Project Manager in client servicing, ensuring timely and accurate communication of project updates and deliverables.

· Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution of event logistics and production.

· Manage administrative and operational aspects of projects, including budget tracking, scheduling, and documentation.

· Contribute to the development of project proposals, timelines, and presentation materials.

· Participate in brainstorming sessions and support creative ideation processes.

· Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

· Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in event management, project coordination, or marketing communications.

· Strong organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event management or design tools is advantageous.

· A proactive team player with a positive attitude and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
