Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences and delivering exceptional service? We are looking for a motivated Event Executive / Guest Relations Officer to join our team. The Event Executive / Guest Relations Officer will work closely with the Events Director, providing comprehensive support in the planning, coordination, and execution of events. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service to clients and guests.

What You'll Do
  • Support the Events Director in the planning, coordination, and smooth execution of events.
  • Handle event communications – responding to enquiries via email and phone.
  • Assist in coordinating and attending site visits with clients and vendors.
  • Prepare and organise event-related documents such as contracts, proposals, and event orders.
  • Oversee event execution on-site, ensuring service quality and guest experience meet company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Manage guest relations – warmly welcome clients, handle VIPs, and resolve feedback professionally
