Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading goods for delivery
- Deliver items safely and punctually to customers
- Support receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming stock
- Pick, pack, and label orders for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-kept warehouse environment
Job Requirements:
- Training provided, all are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with forklift driving experience are preferred.
- Able to carry heavy boxes weighing up to 25kg and comfortable with prolonged standing.
2. Logistics Admin Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle delivery documents for local and export sales, coordinate delivery schedules, and keep order records updated.
- Check and manage stock levels, do regular stock counts, and report any issues.
- Prepare documents for outgoing shipments and check incoming goods for accuracy.
- Communicate with team members and work with the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep the work area clean and safe, follow rules and procedures, and help with other logistics tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- A diploma or certification in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
- Preferably experienced with handheld scanners and computerized warehouse systems.
- Willing to lift cartons manually when required.
3. Shipping cum Admin Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily import, export, and transhipment operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Arrange bookings, coordinate freight forwarding and customs clearance, and prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, and permits.
- Monitor shipment status and follow up with suppliers, forwarders, and factories on cargo readiness and delivery schedules.
- Handle billing, verify shipping costs, compare freight quotations, support vendor negotiations, and coordinate with finance on payments.
- Check packaging and shipping conditions to ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, document management, maintaining shipment trackers, and providing ad-hoc support to the shipping team.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of import/export processes and shipping documentation.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
