Logistics Admin cum Warehouse Assistant

Industry: IT / Electronics Products

Role Type: 70% Administrative, 30% Warehouse Operations

Salary: Basic up to $2,800 + Variable Bonus + Incentives + OT (only when required)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Location: Changi South, Singapore

Job Responsibilities
  • Update inventory records, order statuses, and stock movement reports in WMS / ERP systems.
  • Raise purchase orders and ensure all documentation complies with audit requirements.
  • Handle daily emails, customer or supplier enquiries, returns/exchanges, and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Perform warehouse duties including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
  • Operate forklift safely as and when required.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure FIFO / FEFO stock rotation.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and support day-to-day operation.
Requirements
  • Possess a valid Forklift License (mandatory).
  • Able to work independently and handle both admin and hands-on warehouse tasks.
