Job Scope:

Warehouse Officer/Admin

  • Oversee daily export operations to ensure all customer requirements and shipment timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service teams and third-party vendors for import/export arrangements, including any required special handling.
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure warehouse housekeeping standards are maintained.
  • Identify and support improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and customers to ensure smooth completion of daily tasks.
  • Ensure all warehouse staff follow company safety, security, and quality procedures.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external service providers for day-to-day import/export activities.
  • Manage third-party transport providers to ensure timely delivery and collection of goods.

Logistics Coordinator

  • Prepare export documents such as labels, invoices, packing lists, and work files provided by customers for warehouse labeling purposes.
  • Handle execution of Air Waybills (AWB), including House Air Waybills (HAWB) and Master Air Waybills (MAWB) for outbound shipments.
  • Ensure all export documentation is complete and compliant with airline and customs requirements.
  • Coordinate with appointed contractors for the launching-in and handover of daily export cargo and documents.
  • Monitor daily shipment status through airline websites and provide updates to the Nippon overseas office.
  • Prepare and update daily reports for shipment status and documentation tracking.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the logistics industry.
  • Basic understanding of logistics and freight forwarding operations.
  • Willing to work shift
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
