Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle on-boarding and off-boarding related matters of employees
- Respond to payroll related queries
- Provide advice and consultation on HR matters
- Assisting staff with external course applications
- Oversee work injury claim administration process
- Prepare monthly HR reports
- Initiate and participate in improvement HR projects for processes and systems when required
- Coordinate staff engagement events and appreciation events like EXSA, Long Service Award, etc
- Provide support to Line-HR function within Certis CISCO Secure Logistics
- Any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline, with 2–3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Fresh graduates with a keen interest in HR are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude and confidence in engaging with stakeholders.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Prior experience in an operations or shared services setting will be an added advantage.
