Key Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for driving new business growth and managing client relationships within the vending industry. This role involves generating sales, identifying new opportunities for vending machine placements, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The Key Account Executive will play a key role in expanding the company's market presence by selling vending solutions to a variety of industries, including offices, factories, educational institutions, and public spaces.

  1. Business Development

  2. Identify and develop new sales opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients.

  3. Proactively seek out and secure vending machine placements in high-traffic locations.
  4. Present vending solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of partnering with the company.
  5. Driven to achieve target.

  6. Client Relationship Management:

  7. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

  8. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and recommend upgrades or additional services.
  9. Maintain excellent client relationships to encourage contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
  10. Actively seek new business opportunities.
  11. Manage contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and show consistency in follow ups.
  12. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Provide support in managing the installation or maintenance of vending machines, ensuring customer satisfaction with both product and service quality.

  14. Sales Planning & Execution

  15. Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

  16. Canvass for accounts, conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients.
  17. Collaborate with the Manager to create customized vending solutions that meet client needs.

  18. Negotiation & Closing Deals:

  19. Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients to secure business.

  20. Ensure that pricing, terms, and conditions align with company policies while meeting client expectations.
  21. Close deals and manage the onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth transition.

  22. Market Research & Analysis:

  23. Stay up to date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  24. Gather and analyse feedback from clients to improve products, services, and sales processes.
  25. Regularly report on sales activities, opportunities, and market developments to the Sales Manager.

  26. Sales Administration

  27. Manage sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, agreement orders, work orders, invoices, etc

  28. Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on any pending issues related to contracts or billing.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field a plus
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the vending industry or B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong sales focus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Powerpoint a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
