
Facilities Administrator

The Facilities Administrator reports to the Site Lead and has a dotted-line report to the offsite Facilities Coordinator. Key tasks include:
Facilities Admin: Coordinate admin functions for facilities management.
Purchases & Invoices: Handle purchases, quotations, and invoices.
Courier & Inventory: Manage courier services and spare parts inventory (MRO).
EAMS & Finance: Use EAMS workflow and track finances for PGS reporting.
Reports & Rosters: Manage daily attendance, standby rosters, and meeting minutes.
Transportation: Oversee transportation services.
Required Skills
People Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Microsoft Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Asset Management: Experience with enterprise asset management systems.
Finance Skills: Able to track and report finances.
Detail-Oriented: Organized with great attention to detail.
