One of Singapore's largest retail and wholesale garden centre, World Farm is focused on providing the best value and widest range of plants and gardening products for gardeners. With our eye on becoming Singapore's biggest retail garden centre brand, we are now looking for dedicated team players to join us and grow along with us in this exciting phase of our growth.

And since one of our customer service support executives has been promoted, we are now looking for her replacement

**12 months contract potential conversion to permanent

Job Description:

Support customer service and sales teams

Take charge of incoming communications via different channels

Act as a brand ambassador in dealing with customers

Manage files and records with effective filing systems

Act as a bridge between offices in Jurong and Sungei Tengah

Assist to prepare quotations, contracts, and other relevant company documents such as delivery orders and invoices

Assist with managing and updating of plants and products stocks and prices in the stock lists, catalogues, website, and server.

Assist to check that all sales transactions, projects information and transactions are properly completed.

Manage office/pantry supplies inventory and place orders

Perform general ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of local working experience
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English; ability to read and write in Chinese is a bonus
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service attitude and skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, Outlook, emails
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Detail and deadline-oriented

Training will be provided

Working Day & Timing:

Schedule 1

Working Day & Timing: 5 days work week (44 hours)

Monday to Thursday: 8am - 6pm

Friday: 8am - 5pm

Saturday & Sunday: Rest Day

Schedule 2

Tuesday to Friday: 8am - 6pm

Saturday: 8am - 5pm

Sunday & Monday: Rest Day
