Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese and fusion dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and well-prepared for daily service.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and safety practices.
  • Assist in menu planning, portion control, and inventory management.

Job Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Cook or Chef in Japanese , Western or Asian cuisine preferred.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
  • Passionate about food quality, presentation, and continuous improvement.
