Job Summary:

The role of Finance & Business Support Manager oversee the hotel's financial management, reporting, and internal controls to support decision-making, safeguard assets, and ensure compliance with the Group and statutory requirements. Lead and develop the Finance team while partnering with management and stakeholders to drive business performance.

Job Descriptions :

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/annual reporting for hotel management, owners, and the Group.
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, revenues, and ensure accurate reconciliations, GST submissions, and compliance with policies and statutory requirements.
  • Manage internal controls, audits, contracts, licenses, CAPEX, and safeguard financial records.
  • Supervise and develop Finance staff and outsourced accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Handle daily banking, cashiering, payments, and petty cash with proper controls.
  • Partner with management and other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, OH&S, and corporate governance standards.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma in Finance, Business Management or equivalent.
  • Candidates with hospitality/hotel experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
  • Great communication skills
