We aim to create a connected financial network where people and autonomous agents can move assets seamlessly.About the RoleWe are seeking a Finance Manager to lead and strengthen our finance function. This role will oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage reporting, and support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing financial discipline, working closely with management to support growth, while also being comfortable handling Chinese-language documents and communications as part of daily work.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cashflow management.Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes.Prepare management reports, financial forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decisions.Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements, including GST/IRAS filings, CPF submissions, and other regulatory obligations.Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.Implement and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and processes.Partner with management to develop budgets, track performance, and optimize resource allocation.Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external vendors.Handle finance-related documents and communications in Chinese when required.Manage office administration, including scheduling, filing, procurement of supplies, and general support.QualificationsDegree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.4–6 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role (startup or fintech experience is a plus).Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, tax, and regulatory requirements.Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) to handle business documents and communications.Familiarity with government portals (CPF, IRAS, MOM) and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
