We are seeking a hands-on, adaptable, and systematic Finance Manager to oversee end-to-end finance operations in our FMCG, import/export, and consumer goods business, lead the finance team, and support management, with potential to grow into a Finance Director role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle accounting, month-end/year-end close, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory regulations, and audits.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
  • Oversee corporate tax matters and annual stocktake, including reconciliation and reporting.
  • Identify and implement process and workflow improvements across finance operations.
  • Co-lead system enhancements, including ERP upgrades and reporting tools (Power BI).
  • Generate operational and management reports, providing actionable insights.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to drive performance and growth.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance with proven hands-on experience, systematic and results-driven.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, ERP systems, process improvement, and people leadership.
  • Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or import/export distribution is highly preferred.
