Job Description:

  • Perform manual matching and verification of Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support invoice processing and data entry for finance transactions.
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly vendor payment schedules.
  • Create Sales Orders and Sales Invoices
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation, record-keeping, and administrative support for finance operations.
  • Support SAP automation project activities, including system testing, data validation, and reconciliation checks.
  • Manage pantry orders and replenishment.
  • Maintain HR records and documents, including filing and updating trackers.
  • Assist with basic HR administrative duties
  • Provide office support during festive seasons, including organizing decorations, staff events, and related activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience

  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively, and manage tight deadlines
