Job Responsibilities
- Match and verify PO, GRN, and supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Process invoices, data entry, and prepare vendor payment schedules.
- Create sales orders/invoices and maintain proper documentation and records.
- Support SAP automation transition (testing, data validation, comparison checks).
- Assist in other finance-related administrative tasks.
- Handle pantry orders, HR records, and simple data entry tasks.
- Support ad-hoc HR/admin duties and assist with office/festive events.
