HR Admin

- Assist in payroll processing (mid-month & end-month), including verification of timesheets, annual leave, medical leave, and related matters
- Provide a wide range of administrative support, includes but not limited to filing, data entry, schedule of meetings, and manage correspondence
- Assist with the organization and coordination of office logistics, including ordering supplies and managing stationery inventory
- Handle inquiries from staff in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide support for special projects and events as needed
- Maintain and update office systems and procedures to improve efficiency
- Responsible for work pass matters
- Facilitate door access card, fingerprint registration, and issuance of company properties for new employees
- Prepare HR related documents and letters (confirmation, promotion, resignation, etc.)
- Other any adhoc matters assigned by Superior
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
